For this year’s list, Time Out based its ranking on common factors such as - neighborhood liveliness, food and drink, nightlife and local culture on offer - but the pandemic has led to a new factor to consider. : community spirit in the neighborhood.
"In Barcelona, â??â??as in many places, city life has shifted from the center to the suburbs and the Esquerra de l'Eixample is a perfect example: its community feels closer than ever, having rediscovered the area's yards and used "The power of entertainment and culture to keep the spirit alive during the months of blockade.
