Justin Bieber has reflected on his suicidal thoughts and fears that he would 'suffer forever' during his battle with mental health.
Bieber, one of the most successful musicians, 26, admitted that there were times when he struggled with 'persistent' pain and feared he would never disappear if he himself did not do something about it.
Speaking on his YouTube documentary, "Originals Justin Bieber," he said, " There were times when I was really a suicide bomber. I thought, 'Will this pain ever go away?'" The pain was constant, I was just suffering. So I preferred not to feel it and thought about how not to feel it anymore. ”
Now Bieber is in good shape and wants to help others. He admits he could have avoided much pain if he had listened to the advice of best friends.
"I feel so calm for the first time in my life ... I just want to encourage people: 'Hey, if you feel lonely, talk about it. Say it out loud. You have the freedom to do it. "I could have avoided a lot of pain if I did."
After the documentary aired on Friday, Justin told social media that he was now feeling very well and has managed to improve a lot in the last eight months.
Justin revealed that he has been using 'prayer and meditation' to help him during quarantine. In February it was revealed that Bieber was seeking treatment for depression.

Another source told People that Bieber is emotional, suffering a lot from the fact that ' persecuted 'more and more by fans and cameras.
