A serious event was reported today from the Infectious Diseases Hospital, the 28-year-old, infected pregnant died, due to complications caused by Covid.
The late Emanuela Dalipi, had been hospitalized for 3 days and was treated in intensive therapy. She was in the sixth month of pregnancy and according to doctors suffered internal bleeding.
According to News 24, family members have shown off-camera that a month ago the 28-year-old had undergone a tooth intervention, and since then had had constant headaches.
"She went to a private clinic and made a visit for headaches, where immediately afterwards she had problems with breathing. She went again for a visit, where the doctor gave her asthma treatment. This made it even more difficult for her. She was rushed to Covid-1 Hospital, where she was treated for a week. She was in the hospital room for the first four days, but since she was pregnant she had difficulty treating her, as the medication affected in pregnancy, causing the baby to climb up and the girl had anorexia, she did not eat.For this, she underwent surgery to remove the baby from the womb, as the life of both was difficult.Two days ago she was operated on, where the child was stillborn ".
According to family members, the 28-year-old no longer fought for her life after losing her baby by surrendering. It is learned that the 28-year-old was in the fifth month of pregnancy and that she suffered internal bleeding in one of the surgery wards.
Meanwhile, the husband of the 28-year-old has shown that the doctors did everything to keep him alive.
"We have been married for 5 years. Emanuela worked in a cosmetic center, I work in the former bus park. Two weeks ago she had symptoms, we kept her at home, but her condition worsened. We had to send her to Infective, the doctors did everything but they could not keep it alive. ".
This is the first case in Albania that a pregnant woman dies from the virus.
