Famous British actress Jane Seymour is almost 70 years old. It seems she stopped aging a few decades ago. On her Instagram Jane, regularly posts photos with bikini, where she looks like a woman in her half age.

In one of the last interviews she has shown that the weight she has now is the same as she had at the age of 17 years.

She stressed that not all of this happened ‘accidentally’, but are due to her iron self-discipline. So take care of her health more meticulously. Jane has shared with the public some of her techniques.

One meal a day

Seymour eats only one meal a day, at 2 p.m. A meal which contains lots of vegetables and a handful of chicken or fish, or steak occasionally. She adds that in the evening she can eat carrots or celery.

This can be considered an extreme type of permanent fasting, which has a number of health benefits, including your immune system and metabolism. However, for many people it can lead to energy depletion.

 Always sober

She says almost "never" gets drunk, but sometimes drinks a glass of wine at a meal. Needless to say, avoiding excessive drinking has a wide range of health benefits, but it can be even more important as you age, as over time, the body slows down its ability to digest alcohol. Excessive drinking can also contribute to the aging process by dehydrating the skin and adding wrinkles.

Slow strength exercises

Twice a week, Seymour does something called 'The Perfect Workout', which is a form of endurance training. The key is to do all the exercises very slowly: 10 seconds lifting the weight and 10 seconds lowering it again. They say this encourages the muscles to engage more efficiently, which means you can get results with just two 20-minute workouts a week.

'Gyrotonic' Exercises

Seymour has also talked about Gyrotonic - a form of exercise to strengthen and lengthen muscles while performing circular motions, and also include breathing exercises, as in yoga. Exercise emphasizes the importance of flexibility, especially in the back.

Golf

Seymour also posts on social media her love for golf, which she plays with friends and family. Research shows that golf can provide health benefits. As a start, you can accumulate a few miles walking through the field.
