Moderator Sara Kolami, recently revealed an intervention she made on her nose at the age of 13.
The moderator said that the cause was an accident, which Sara had suffered at a young age and from which she received major injuries to her nose.
Based on this, the doctors had advised him to make another intervention when he was an adult because he needed it.
Apparently, the day came and Sara underwent another operation.
It was the moderator herself who shared this news with the public, as she wrote on her Instagram account:

I have been waiting for this moment since I was 13 years old! This desire started with a sudden accident that happened to me around the age of 4-5, which deformed my childish nose and created breathing problems for me.
Although the operation was not easy at the time, the surgeon informed my parents that another intervention would be needed in adulthood.
Years passed and the need and desire to perform this intervention increased, but I could not make this decision without finding the right clinic and doctor! ".
