Yes, it is possible to prepare a cake with only three ingredients: eggs, cheese and white chocolate. No flour and yeast. Let’s try it together.

Ingredients:

100 gr sweet cream cheese

120 gr white chocolate

3 eggs

Preparation:

-Turn the oven to 170 degrees.

-We take the eggs at room temperature and separate the yolks from the whites.

-Put the whites in the fridge.

-Melt the chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds.

Meanwhile, we take the egg whites and beat the meringue.

In a bowl add the melted chocolate and cream cheese, mixing well.

-Now we can add the yolks (which we do not beat) by mixing them with a spatula.

Finally, add the beaten meringue egg whites, mixing them very carefully.

-Put the dough in a cake tin with a diameter of 22-24 cm

-Put the cake in the oven and fill the pan that the oven has with water in order to create steam.

-Bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees, then lower the temperature to 160 degrees for another 15 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for another 15 minutes.

The cake is now ready to be served at the table.
