The 20s? Or the 40s? It is neither of these, if you are all divided into these two groups or, if by now you have heard that these are the ideal ages when man is happier than at any other stage of life.
Until recently it was believed that the ideal age when man reaches the peak of happiness is 16 to 21 years old and later, it was said that man again touches happiness at the age of 40 years.
From recent studies, both of these theories have been debunked. Experts from the London School of Economics and Political Science have concluded that the peak of happiness is between the ages of 23 and 69. But why exactly these two ages, so extremely far apart?
Experts argue that the age of 23 is the ideal to be happy, because at this stage of life man has completed higher education and expects to look to the future to build a career. Likewise, this is the ideal age when you can have a man by your side, with whom you can establish a stable relationship, even in marriage.
What about 69 years old?
It is thought that happiness returns to a person even at the age of 69 because this is a period of life when "you have finished all work". It is a happy period because many people are ready to enjoy retirement and take care of the family that has grown up behind them. Grandparents who enjoy raising grandchildren, is there greater happiness than that?
