Lady Gaga's boyfriend, Michael Polansky, has thought of a very nice gift for her 35th birthday, a giant bouquet of flowers, which he sent to Rome.
And it seems Gaga is so excited that she shared a photo on Insta (next to flowers that are bigger than her), writing
"When your boyfriend sends you all the flowers to Rome for your birthday. I love you dearly? I can't wait to be home with you and our dogs, that's all I need."

As a reminder, they were declared as a couple on the eve of New Year 2019, after a source told E! that "They've seen each other since before the holidays and she's been crazy after him."
And they quickly confirmed it, going official on Instagram just a few weeks later:
Their friends and other sources have proven that they are a couple who get along quite well with each other.
