Swiss authorities have removed Albania from the list of countries at high risk of coronavirus infection.
The news is announced by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. This change benefits Albanian citizens who have a residence permit in Switzerland or Swiss citizens traveling from Albania.
Starting from April 8, Albanians traveling to Switzerland will no longer have a quarantine obligation upon arrival.

The removal of Albania from this list provides that passengers from our country to Switzerland, who travel by air will be required to fill out a digital form with data and present the negative result of the PCR test performed no earlier than 72 hours before the trip.
For those who travel by land by public transport will only apply the completion of the digital form, without having to submit a negative PCR test, while those who travel by private vehicles by land have no obligation to submit any of the above documents .
