None of the members of the royal family will wear the traditional military uniform, at Prince Philip's funeral at Castle Windsor this weekend.

While it is customary for those holding military ranks - such as Prince Charles, Prince William, Princess Anne and Prince Edward - to wear their uniforms on state occasions, they will now attend the funeral in mourning, according to ITV and Daily Mail.

The news comes as questions flood in about what Prince Harry, (who lost his honorable military titles, and along with Meghan, resigned from their duties as former members of the royal family), would put into service .

Harry, who served in the British Army for a decade, lost three of his honorable military titles. (Captain General of the Royal Navy, Honorary Air Force Commander of the RAF Honington and Commander-in-Chief, Royal Naval Command).

On Sunday, Harry returned to the UK for the first time in more than a year, to attend the funeral of his grandfather Prince Philip on Saturday.

Meghan - who is expecting their second child, a daughter - did not accompany her partner. "She has been advised by her doctor not to travel ," a royal spokesman said.
