George Clooney has revealed that the ER series review has brought him some difficult moments with his wife.

The actor teamed up with former cast members, including Anthony Edwards, Julianna Margulies and Noah Wyle, for a virtual charity reunion. Among other things he said that Amal Clooney is questioning the actions of his character in the series, Dr. Doug Ross.

"It was a very, very catastrophic thing for me because I forgot all the horrible things I had done as Dr. Ross," he told cast members of the show. "My wife keeps saying, 'Is that all there is to it? Are you done? Do you finally end up with Nurse Hathaway in Season Three?' "It was a disaster for my marriage."

The famous series started in 1995 and ran for 15 seasons and Clooney said it has been a great series.

"It was such an exciting thing to be a part of," he added.

Clooney starred in the first five seasons of the medical drama from 1995 to 1999.

His character was described as a highly obsessed male and his behavior often seemed toxic, especially when viewed decades later. Therefore the fact that Amal did not like him at all as a character, is not at all surprising.
