The leader of the Socialist Party, Edi Rama, is delivering in the "Skënderbej" square the speech of the victory of the third term as Prime Minister of Albania.

This is the historical record of this great team of ordinary people, with extraordinary strength for the ambition for Albania and a competitive spirit that has no second in this country. A big hug to all of you, here and everywhere, I am proud today as no one for you, for every girl and boy, woman and man, who was engaged as a patron, coordinator and gave the best for our team, reigning champions, champions again. But more than ever I am proud of the Albanians, who passed a great test of characters in this moment so challenging for Albania. Our character won as an invincible force even in the face of natural disasters. Won our dissatisfaction with things that do not go as an incentive to solve problems by working harder, not complaining. The largest democratic civic political force, the SP, won.
