The 'departed' father of the world-famous singer, Adele, has passed away at the age of 57 from a serious illness.
The 33-year-old music star has spoken openly about her broken relationship with her father, Mark Evans.
As she herself has shown, he abandoned her mother when Adele was 3 years old.
Yet, sources say she is disappointed by the news of his death.
Mark always hoped things would work out one day with Adele, but she stayed tough until the end.
"He has made some attempts to fix the relationship with me, but it is definitely too late."
In various interviews Adele has also expressed that she has no hatred for him, as he is ultimately her father.
