Prince Harry has some explanations to give! The Duke of Sussex claimed he had never had the opportunity to ride a bicycle with his father, Prince Charles. But some old photos recently reappeared, show the opposite.

During his and Meghan Markle interview with Oprah Winfrey in March, Harry listed cycling as one of the many benefits of new life in California.

"It's nice to hold my son, Archie, in the back of the bike and pick him up when he rides the bike. Which I was never able to do when I was little," the prince claimed.

Prince Harry's claim that he never rode a bicycle as a child has been refuted. Some old photos that reappeared online this week show that he has had the opportunity to stand on the back of his father's bike, several times.

In a 1990 photo, little Harry is seen sitting in the back of Charles's bicycle as they stroll next to his brother, Prince William.

In another black-and-white scene from 1988, Prince Charles is photographed in Scotland on a bicycle, pulling Harry in a wheelchair behind him.

And another family photo from 1989 shows William and Harry with their parents, Charles and Diana, posing together in the Scilly Islands, each on his own bike.

Harry has spoken out against his family several times this year and this is not the first time a Sussex couple statement has turned out to be untrue (read below). He also criticized his father  for the way he had raised him.
