In the mediation session "See you in court" on 'Albanian Sunday', this Sunday, there were a bride and a father-in-law, Myzejeni and Kujtimi, who had problems with the issue of a property. As a family, they have a swimming pool in Gramsh, in which all the work and effort of many years has been invested. But because of some legal problems that the eldest son had, the father passed the land where the swimming pool is built today in his name to escape from prison.
But the eldest son betrayed them and did not return their property, which was owned by his father and brother. Now he wants his little brother, who has worked all his life and contributed to this business, to go out because the property is his. Eni Çobani communicated through a telephone connection with the eldest son of the family, Arenc, but he refused to give explanations by closing the phone.
At the end of the mediation session, Eni Çobani publicly addressed Arenc, who hung up the phone saying that he was bothering him, that they would be seen together in court, fully supporting his father, Kujtim, and that he would be there obliged to give an explanation.
Arenc's word in this mediation session has been one of the heaviest words I have heard from a guy. So to tell a guy who has a dad in session and hang up the phone and ask us a few times not to bother, that's very hard on me. Realistically, it left me speechless.
And why that guy responded in that form, I did not intend to close this mediation session in this form, I am saying to Arenc publicly: Arenc, dear, I will not really bother you anymore, but you will face me , next to Mr. Kujtim, in the court to which you went and I believe that there, in reality we will both communicate as citizens and before the court you are obliged to give me an answer.
Ardit Gjebrea: You had never done this, Mrs. Eni, what happened?
Eni Çobani: I am extremely affected, I do not know, I am ready to cry, because I do not know together these two, therefore I said I would keep the Memory. Remember we will be together, if these leave you, I will hold you tight.
