A very interesting project on education, training and information of the new generation for online security, innovation, programming, coding and ICT in general, four libraries of Tirana: "Musine Kokalari", "Misto Treska", "Hamit Beqja" and "Aleksandër Moisiu" have returned to the first pilot centers with genuine technological laboratories.
A very strong point of BiblioTech is the safe online environment, thanks to Friendly Wi-Fi filters, a global initiative embraced by the Municipality of Tirana and enabled by ALBtelecom. Children and young people who attend BiblioTech will be protected from pornography, violence, online exploitation and abuse, and the display of inappropriate images online.

This intensive cooperation with many free Wifi projects in the city of Tirana speaks for itself about the company's commitment to offer citizens the opportunity to surf the Internet for free, with the best and safest quality, becoming an example of the continuity of successive ALBtelecom projects in the framework of social responsibility for the community. In the establishment of Wi-Fi internet service delivery infrastructure, the most advanced devices have been made available.
