Sleep paralysis is a phenomenon that happens to many people. Usually, it is a sensation of being conscious but unable to move. Occurs when someone goes between waking and sleeping stages. During this transition, you may not be able to move or talk for a few seconds to a few minutes. Some people may feel pressure or a feeling of suffocation. This condition makes sleep paralysis even more frightening.

According to studies, sleep paralysis affects a large part of people and those who have experienced it show it as a very bad experience. Beatrix Ramosaj is one of the Albanian characters who has shared this experience that she has gone through with her followers. Some time ago, she confessed about the problems she had with her sleep , which, unfortunately, were repeated last night. Trixa described this scary feeling in a status she shared with her friends:

"I experienced sleep paralysis last night after a very long time and I had forgotten how traumatic it is. "Even worse when you are alone at home."

Armina Mevlani also went through such an experience , which she also described as scary:

" Yesterday I experienced sleep paralysis. It was awful, I was awake, but I could not speak. Has anyone else tried it? ” , - Armina asked in a post on her Instagram to share with all the concern that, apparently, is not only her, but also that of many other people.

Everyone can experience sleep paralysis, but if it becomes frequent, the help of a psychologist should be sought. Stress is the main factor that causes this condition, which can lead to daily paralysis. If for most people this is a scary and unwanted experience, some others induce sleep paralysis in order to turn it into a lucid dream, where they have control.

If you also suffer from sleep paralysis you can do some things that help you avoid it:

1. Avoid sleep stimulants 2. You
should not watch TV long before going to bed
3. Do not use your mobile phone before going to bed
4. Avoid sleeping during the day
5. Do not sleep with your back to sleep
