In an effort to cope with the extremely hot weather in Dubai, the UAE government has created artificial rain.
The rain was caused by the use of drones that flew into the clouds and released an electric charge, thus stimulating them and causing rainfall. The temperature in the hot city had recently reached 50 degrees Celsius.

Artificial rain is part of a mission to increase rainfall in the UAE. According to the Daily Mail, due to the rains, water has accumulated on various highways, thus making it difficult for people to drive.
On Sunday, the UAE National Meteorological Agency released a video of heavy rainfall.
