The success of his new album Justice, released in March, and the project with The Kid LAROI, Stay, which has remained at number one on Billboard for six consecutive weeks, helped increase his number on the platform.
On average, the 27-year-old pop star has 8.8 million more listeners than The Weeknd, which ranked second with 74.5 million.
Ed Sheeran came in third with 72.4 million, while Ariana Grande once broke the Spotify record with 82 million monthly listeners, but now has about 59.8 million monthly listeners.
Last year, Billie Eilish was named Spotify's 'Most Listened' Female Artist for 2020.
At the time, the 19-year-old singer-songwriter beat Taylor Swift and Grande for first place with 49,736,031 monthly listeners.
