Jake Gyllenhaal has revealed that Jennifer Aniston used the 'pillow technique' during their intimate scenes in The Good Girl.
The 40-year-old admitted that the sex scenes with Jennifer, were "torture", as he had a great liking for the star of Friends.

Jake laughing explained: 'Surprisingly, intimate scenes are difficult because there are probably 50 people watching you in those moments. Most of the time, it's surprisingly mechanical, right?
However, Jennifer prevented any difficult incidents using the "pillow technique".
Jake said: 'I remember a pillow. Yes, the pillow technique was used. This was purely preventative, and it was used… ”
In The Good Girl, Jennifer played the role of a depression treatment worker, who begins a relationship with a colleague (Gyllenhaal) behind her husband's back.
