Well-known actress Vanessa Hudgens, who recently has a role in the upcoming movie 'Tick ... Tick ... Boom!', Is talking about how she takes care of her body.
"For the last two years, I've been paying a lot of attention to myself," the 32-year-old actress told Shape. "When you fully accept who you are and stop trying to oppress parts of yourself, you can conquer the world."
Recently, Vanessa has also spoken openly about her health journey, from renewing her fitness routine to experimenting with new foods. She balances several different eating styles with the foods she likes in ways that support her body. Vanessa says she creates a balance between the Keto diet and the Fasting diet (not consuming any food for about 15 hours), according to People.
Ask yourself how it is always in shape? Here is exactly what she eats in a day, from her favorite vegetables to food she can't get enough of:
BREAKFAST
“My general food philosophy is, if it is true, I will eat it,” Vanessa told Shape. "A lot of things are processed and contain chemicals and ingredients that I can't pronounce. I really want food."
While staying away from processed foods, Vanessa is also a fan of fish and avoids meat. "I was the girl who ate bacon every morning," Vanessa said. "But what animals go through is so inhumane. This is not a system I support," she explained. Now, Vanessa's breakfast "usually has avocado, maybe vegan sausage and a piece of healthy bread".
The next morning, Vanessa chooses an antioxidant smoothie filled with berries, blueberries, bananas and coconut oil.
lunches
"I eat two bigger meals a day instead of three," Vanessa told Shape, which means lunch is usually not counted on her day. Instead, she consumes her favorite foods after a busy breakfast.
Snacks
Almond butter or peanut butter! (Or just a few almonds)
"People often consider fats in their diet as a negative thing, but in fact they are positive," Vanessa noted. "I'm always making sure I'm consuming healthy fats, so I consume a lot."
As for drinks, Vanessa consumes energy drinks (self-prepared).
Dinner
"Dinner depends on my emotional state," Vanessa explained to Shape. "I allow myself to have what I want. If this is a big bowl of spaghetti and a glass of wine, then I eat it. Sometimes I crave a salad. Other times, it's tacos and a pizza margarita."
