Little Geraldina, the daughter of Elia Zaharias and Prince Lekë, a few weeks ago celebrated her first birthday in a close circle of family and friends of the couple. A beautiful, but also tiring year for Elian, the famous theater actress, who today shared with the public some of the experiences of the first year of motherhood.

Invited to "Rudina", this afternoon, together with Prince Leka, Elia showed that during this year they are both completely dedicated to their little daughter. Of course, without neglecting professional commitments, both had to make sacrifices.

But the great support of this year has also been Geraldina's grandmother, the great actress Yllka Mujo, who, as Elia confessed, becomes as much a baby as the little girl whenever she is in front of her.

Speaking about her mother, Elijah said that she has been a great support for her, especially in the postpartum period, which for her has not passed easily. For the first time in public, Elia confessed that for several months, postpartum has been a difficult period for her, but an extraordinary support to get out of that situation has been her mother.

"I want to mention this a bit, it's important, maybe even as a message. Whenever we talk about the arrival of a child, apart from the great happiness of the couple and the family that welcomes a small baby, there is very little talk about the difficult part of the postpartum, that is, the part of emotional turmoil that man experiences in that period. . Not everyone experiences it, but some do. I have not experienced it easily. There have been mixed emotions of great happiness, but maybe also fatigue, even lack of sleep and all things together that brought about a few months of not simple period and it is very important to have positive people close by. Mom has played a tremendous role in getting me out of that situation. It is not a shame to ask for help, any kind of help in those moments is welcome, like someone who cooks for you or someone who holds the baby for 1-2 hours while you sleep. This is very important ...
