Kanye West has made his Thanksgiving prayer through a video and among other things has admitted that he has "shamed" his wife Kim Kardashian.

The rapper started the video saying:

"Hello, my name is Ye and this is my super super super long Thanksgiving prayer. On this Thanksgiving Day, I am very grateful to my family, my blood family, my fans and our haters."

Afterwards, he talked about his family and especially his relationship with Kim.

"Everything I think about every day is how to reunite my family and how to heal the pain I have caused. I take responsibility for my actions. Good God, my wife did not like that I wore the red hat [referring to the presidential candidacy in 2020]. Being a good woman, she just wanted to protect me and our family. "I made myself and our family a target by not aligning with Hollywood's political stance, and that was difficult for our marriage," Ye admitted.

"Then I ran for president without proper preparation and without allies on either side. "I embarrassed my wife with the way I presented information about our family during the first press conference, and thank God alone."

He also spoke about the difficulties of 2016.

"I went through a manic episode in 2016 and was placed under severe medication. "Since then I have been constantly taking and quitting medications, which have left me sensitive to other episodes that my wife, my family and fans have had to endure."

This video comes days after Ye reiterated his desire to reconcile with Kim.

"We have made mistakes. I have made mistakes. "I have done things publicly that were not acceptable as a husband, but now today, for whatever reason - I did not know I would be in front of this microphone - but I am here to change the story."
