A rainy, gloomy day makes you feel without energy and without motivation! The only thing we want to do is stay in bed all day, but not always something like that is possible and not always the best thing we can do. Therefore, it's up to you to stay motivated on these rainy days by doing a few things, as follows.
Light up the space. If your work space or home is full of natural light when it is gloomy outside, your indoor clock thinks you are close to sleep all day. So take care to illuminate the space with lights.
Change the atmosphere with headphones. The rain is relaxing and wonderful .... at bedtime. If you have to stay motivated and energetic on a rainy day - you must completely forget that it is raining! Take off your headphones, choose an upbeat, energetic playlist and keep your mind on the dark clouds and rain outside.
Exercise anyway. If your training space is outside; rain affects your daily routine. For rainy days, do a workout routine at home or go to the gym, or even just go for a walk in a mall. Even very little movement plays a big role in raising mood during rainy days.
