A woman who has been married 11 times to nine different men, has not given up on love and is convinced that she will find the "right one".
Monette was always "crazy about boys" and fantasized about marrying her brother's friends when she was a young girl. She first got married young, when she had just left school. She had known her first boyfriend in high school and married him two months after telling her sister he would be her son-in-law.
It did not last long between young lovers and after that Monette got engaged to a man with whom she had always had a lot of fun. Unfortunately, that union was also ruined, but they gave each other another chance as soon as they were officially separated. They had similar problems again in their marriage, causing Monette to marry another man.
However, even though she loved his children, they failed to be a lifelong couple.
"Number 5 was probably one of the loves of my life," she told T LC's Addicted to Marriage. "Husband number 6 just seemed so nice and kind to me, so I married him and then I married him again."
While some people may have closed with weddings after number 7, Monette is not one to stumble.
"I met number 8 online and a week later we drove to Vegas and got married. Number 9 was a very charismatic guy and the type of guy you should not pull back, but sometimes you pull. Number 10 I knew in elementary school that he was a very good person, but we should have stayed friends. "I have nothing to say about number 11!"
During her lifetime, Monette has received 28 proposals. Despite this, she is not tired at all.
"I never got married thinking he would end up in divorce, every time I thought he would be right," she said.
Now, for more than two years, Monette has been in a relationship with John, 57, who has been married twice before.
They met online and John told Monette after three meetings that he loved her.
