Being an entrepreneur is not always easy, especially for women, but the rewards that come from achieving success are worth the perseverance through challenges and hardships.

Ashira Prossack from Forbes spoke with Albanian Mirela Sula, Founder and CEO of the Global Woman Club, a community and learning platform that helps women entrepreneurs and businesswomen achieve great success, learn its secrets to thrive as an entrepreneur.

She has given some tips for women on 'Forbes':

Master your mentality

Your mindset not only affects the way you think, but it also affects the way you act, present yourself to the world, and can build or break your faith. "Your thoughts become words, words become behavior, then those words become habits," explains Sula, emphasizing why mentality is so important. If you are able to change your inner narrative and tell yourself that you are confident that you can achieve success, you are much more likely to make that success a reality than if you are spending all your time doubting yourself or questioning your abilities. It is important to find ways to stop negative thoughts in their tracks, so that you can maintain a positive mentality even in the face of adversity.

Express the thought aloud

It is important to find your voice and use it. Never be afraid to focus attention on yourself so that you can share your message. You can not help people if no one knows who you are or what you can do. "If you want to empower a woman, give her a microphone and put it in front of an audience," says Sula. Start talking about yourself, your goals and your talents, in order to start attracting the attention of people who are interested in working with you. Sula gives powerful advice on this. "Stay in your power, pick up the microphone and speak out loud for yourself."

Give solutions

Your company is offering a product or service, but what you are selling is a solution. Once you understand your customers' needs, you will be able to provide targeted solutions designed to reduce or eliminate those needs. "You have to understand the needs, desires or aspirations of the people. Ask questions to identify what their problem is, like what they want? What is their pain? What is their fight? ” advises Sula. Take time to really get to know your target customers through market research, surveys and surveys, then thoroughly analyze the data to make sure you are offering solutions that will benefit a large number of people.

Dress for success

There is a connection between the way you dress and the way you feel. The clothes you wear can have a positive impact on your confidence. Everyone should have at least one outfit with power, something that when you wear it, you immediately feel good about yourself. You should also consider dressing for work every day instead of working with pajamas. Wearing office clothes when working from home puts you in a different mentality and can help increase productivity by providing a visual signal to switch to work mode. Changing work clothes at the end of the day can also help you get back to home mode, so dressing for work serves a dual purpose.

Have a big, bold goal

Sula recommends starting with the end result in mind and working backwards from that point. "Think about it, you have not started yet and you know where the destination is, but you do not know where the starting point is," says Sula. The bigger and more ambitious your goal, the better. When you start with a big goal or when you aim for your results in mind, you will always have something to work towards that keeps you motivated. / BM /
