Celebrity singer The Weeknd is selling his Los Angeles apartment for $ 22.5 million after spending $ 70 million on a mega-mansion at Bel-Air.
It has only been two years since the singer bought the apartment in 2019 for $ 21 million, but now he wants to sell it.
Selling the artist's house at this price would break Matthew Perry's record for expensive real estate. The "Friends" actor recently sold his Century City apartment for $ 21.6 million.
Consisting of four bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the Weeknd house occupies the entire top floor of the building, spanning 8000 square feet.
The apartment has a 360-degree view of the Hollywood Hills, Bel-Air and Los Angeles Country Club. It also has a private kitchen and entertainment bar with a TV wall, a private gym and a luxury toilet with steam shower.
