Actress Ashley Benson and singer G-Eazy split more than a year ago, but seem to be back together after the death of rapper's mother, Suzanne Olmstead. A source told Entertainment Tonight that there is more than friendship between them and they hope their relationship is heading in a positive direction.
"Ashley and G-Eazy have spent a lot of time together and talked a lot since G-Eazy's mother passed away." said the source. "They have always loved each other and reconnected after the death of his mother. It has been hard for him since he lost his mother and he has relied on people he knows best, with whom he feels comfortable around, including Ashley. "They are much closer again and have hope for the future of their relationship."
The couple stayed together for less than a year and ended it in February 2021. They formalized the Instagram connection only in October 2020, after Benson brought G-Eazy to her sister's wedding. Another source for ET at the time said they parted amicably.
While this serious event in the life of the rapper seems to have reunited the two more than ever.
