Daddy Yankee, one of reggaeton music's biggest names, announced on Sunday that he will retire from the music industry after 32 years.

"This race, which has been a marathon, finally sees the finish line. Now I will enjoy what all of you have given me," the singer said in a statement posted on YouTube.

"People say I made this genre around the world, but it was you who gave me the key to open the door to make it the biggest in the world."

He will say goodbye to his fans with a recent tour and album, "Legendaddy", which will be released on March 24th.

"I will give you all the styles that have defined me in an album." Legendaddy "- it's war, it's celebration, it's war, it's romance," the singer explained.

His song 'Gasolina' is one of which survives every time and every trend.
