Ingredients you need:
300 gr of wheat
2-3 liters of water
1 cup sugar (or more, according to preference)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3-4 cloves
Dried fruits: nuts, sticks, grapes, etc.
You can also add some pomegranate seeds.
To thicken you need:
3 tablespoons starch
Half a glass of water

Method of preparation:
Put the wheat to simmer around 1 hour and a half on the fire below average. If you see that it is depleting, add a little water occasionally. When you see that the wheat is cooked (try it), add the sugar and cinnamon sticks. Meanwhile in a bowl mix the starch with water and add it to the wheat. Add the minced dried fruits and leave for a few minutes, until you see that the mass becomes creamy. It should not be too thick, but neither should it be thin (as in the video). Pour into cups and leave to thicken for a few hours. Above you can throw whatever you want to decorate and enjoy.
