Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo has been fired as a Save the Children charity ambassador following Saturday's incident, according to La Gazetta Dello Sport.

The soccer star was frustrated with the team's performance as Everton won 1-0 against Manchester United and reacted harshly to a fan. The video where Ronaldo removes the phone from a fan while he was heading to the locker rooms, breaking his device, made the media rounds.

The 14-year-old's mother reacted on social media, posting her son's blackened hand from the stroke and revealed that the boy is autistic and remained shocked by CR7's gesture.

Ronaldo later apologized on social media, but his actions have not gone so easily from charity. The organization reportedly took immediate action, stripping it of its 10-year-old role.

Ronaldo could also be punished by the Premier League.
