Several critical messages from Johnny Depp to his doctor regarding Amber Heard were opened during the court hearing.
The 58-year-old actor has told Dr David Kipper that Amber was using her for fame and success in her career.
In the text messages that unfolded in the Virginia court, the Pirates of the Caribbean star wrote: "She has someone else. I can not live like this."
He continued: " It's over. NO MORE !!!! Constant insults come to me from a malevolent and vindictive devil like her!"
Depp's lyrics continued : "Her obsession with herself is much more pronounced. She is so ambitious !!!!
"I am very sad," he added.
Meanwhile, the doctor admitted that Depp was diagnosed with "ADHD, Bipolar 1, depression, insomnia, chronic substance abuse disorder, chronic reflux" in May 2014.
Dr Kipper later mentioned that during his personal sessions with the couple, Amber never insinuated that Johnny was violent.
"Amber has a strong family history of drug and alcohol abuse and is particularly sensitive to his behavior (brings Depp's jet and potential for abuse).
When asked if "abuse" means substance abuse, Dr. Kipper replied, "Yes, not physical abuse."
Johnny Depp has sued his ex-wife for defamation and is seeking $ 50 million for a writing where she confessed to being the subject of domestic violence in the Washington Post in 2018.
