'Detox' is one of the most used words of recent years. You may have tried a Detox diet with cleansing fluids and foods following a programmed eating plan. Or maybe you drank Detox tea to eliminate bloating before a big event or party (where you probably had to wear a tight dress). But what about detoxifying the body's largest organ?
No matter what we think of the most trendy word of recent years, no one can deny that there are plenty of days when the face may not feel detoxified. There are days when the skin feels tired, especially after long vacations, and we all know the cause is sleep with makeup, bad food, sampling behind the beach or, oh, God, better forget what the causes are.
If any other part of the body is not functioning properly, the stomach (there is too much food), the brain (too much stress), what the face may be showing are clogged pores, in any case when other systems are not functioning normally.
So what is needed in these cases is a facial detoxification, which means dedicating a week (or any programming according to your agenda) to remove all impurities, toxins, fats and dead skin cells enabling skin to regenerate and revitalize normally or, if you use detox regularly, you can have a better face than ever before.
How is the face detoxified?
Always start by massaging the face with the fingertips.
Clean twice a day (best way)
Keep your face clean (do not block pores with too much makeup, use moisturizer, drink water, etc.)
Turn masks on best friends.
Moisturize and protect your face often (sunscreen, serums, moisturizer)
Drink plenty of water (and only water)
Also use Detox diet.
