As you may know, often behind Kim Kardashian's dress a sacrifice is hidden.
At the Met Gala 2022, Kim shone with the same stunning dress that Marilyn Monroe wore to sing "Happy Birthday" to President John F. Kennedy in 1962.
And while simply securing the dress was quite difficult for her, including numerous trips to Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum, in fact the real difficulty for Kim was getting into that dress.
The 41-year-old told Vogue presenter La La Anthony that she lost 7 pounds in just three weeks in order to wear that dress for this year’s Met Gala.
"It was like preparing for a role," Kardashian said of her commitment to transforming into Marilyn Monroe.
She also added that Ripley's team "did not believe" that she could achieve that, but the "challenge" made her even more committed.
Recall that in 2019, Kim took breathing lessons in order to wear a super tight corset under a Thierry Mugler dress and was unable to sit or use the toilet overnight.
This year, too, Kardashian seemed to have difficulty climbing stairs - assisted by boyfriend Pete Davidson, who wore Dior Men.
