Invited to "Goca e Gra", Sonila Meço spoke about the relationship with her partner, Drini and the "secret" of their long-term relationship. After 21 years of marriage, Sonila has shown that things have changed a lot from the beginning. She even confessed what she thinks kept the bond between them strong.
"I have had enough years with my husband and there have been some important events that have not left time for marriage. At first I thought Drini was the best solution for me because it was my biggest support, it was quiet. He also protected me professionally. It took me a while and I realized I could not work in the same place with him and I got used to the idea that I no longer have him at work but I can ask him about everything. I realized that my self-sufficiency is the only condition that would keep the connection with Drini strong. "Maybe Drini also saw me with this eye," said Sonila.
Sonila and Drini are the parents of a daughter, Amaris.
