Of the study participants, people who identified themselves as morning people had more success in life and gains in terms of financial side. The study included two age groups, young people 17-38 years old and adults aged 59-79 years old. Both groups answered about their emotional state, health and favorite part of the day. The result was that adults expressed positive emotions after getting up early in the morning. This shows that breakfast is associated with feeling happy and in shape.

Morning people use more time to do things and are more energetic during this period of the day.
