Alex Rodriguez was photographed exchanging a kiss with Kathryne Padgett during a night out in Capri, Italy on Saturday. This is the first picture of them kissing, as they have always been careful to be guarded by the cameras.
Rodriguez, 46, and the 25-year-old model first bonded in January.
After being frequently photographed in each other's company, sources for Page Six Rodriguez said A-Rod was still single, but it now appears the Padgett affair is the former baseball player's first serious relationship since he and Jennifer Lopez split.
The two looked all the time smiling with a glass of wine in hand. The couple kissed as they sat and then entered the dance floor.
Rodriguez was previously married to Cynthia Scurtis before divorcing in 2008. They have two daughters together, Natasha and Ella.
