Ingredients you need:
2 small packets of savoiardi biscuits or pavesini biscuits
500 ml of whipped cream
170 g of condensed milk
500 g of cherries without seeds
100 grams of sugar
Almond flavoring (or vanilla if you can't find it)
50 ml cognac
Method of preparation:
Boil the cherries for a few minutes with the sugar until they release their juice, add the cognac and the aroma of almonds, drain after they have cooled completely.
Beat the milk cream (pana) with vanilla and condensed milk.
Place a kitchen bag on the pan and line the cookies over the entire surface of the pan (after coating them in the cherry juice). Pour the cream, some cherries, put another row of cookies and cream with cherries again. We finish the cake with cookies and cover it with a kitchen bag. Put it in the fridge for a few hours or in the freezer if you want an ice cream cake. Remove it from the pan and decorate it with a little cream and fruit.
