Alcohol problems are very common even among famous people and more and more of them are speaking out.
From Chrissy Teigen, who shared that she celebrated her first anniversary without drinking alcohol on social media, to Anne Hathaway, who opened up about her decision to give up alcohol for 18 years, celebrities are opening up and breaking the stigma about alcohol.
The latest celebrity to speak out about her relationship with alcohol is supermodel Bella Hadid. Speaking to InStyle about the company she co-founded, soft drink brand Kin Euphorics, Hadid didn't hold back when asked to discuss the approach to alcohol these days.
The supermodel has previously relied on alcohol to help with her anxiety, but these days she's prioritizing the well-being of her brain.
"Over the years, I've always found myself going back to alcohol when I'm feeling low on energy, or when my anxieties start to kick in," she said. "I've really cut back on my alcohol consumption this year and made brain care my ultimate priority."
And while Bella still hasn't given up alcohol 100%, she's learned to cut back on the amount she consumes.
"Moderation is everything to me," shares Bella. "While I rarely get drunk now, I've completely cut out heavy alcohol... I've learned what my body can and cannot handle."
