Preparation of fried pancakes at home

Ingredients

0.5 kg of flour

1 glass of milk

1 egg

a little salt

100 grams of butter

½ liter of water

2-3 cloves of garlic

1 glass of milk and 1 egg are added to 0.5 kg of flour, which are mixed with a little salt and water and a very runny dough is prepared.

In the pan placed on the fire, after it has been heated and oiled with a clean meringue, a quantity of dough is thrown with a spatula, spreading it over the entire surface of the pan.

The pan is rotated on all sides and the mixture is left to cook.

At the moment when the pancake is easily separated from the pan, it is turned on the other side. This is done with all the prepared dough.

In a pan, fry 100 g of butter together with a clove of garlic cut into very small pieces.

Add a little salt and half a liter of water. After the water boils a little, remove the pan from the heat and add the pancakes one by one, soaking them completely.

Wet pancakes are placed on top of each other separated by grated cheese.
