Katerina Trungu, the moderator of the "Taste of Home" program on TV Klan, shared a personal story during the live broadcast, which brought tears to her eyes. The topic of the day, referring to anxiety and panic attacks, is not unknown to the moderator, who has faced such a situation herself.

While he made the point that perhaps people may find it easier to turn to mental health specialists, the same is not the case with hospital services, where the response he receives is dismissive.

Katerina Trungu:   They are the first to tell you "go away because you have nothing", while you are dying at that moment.

Arjana Rreli:  And not feeling understood is another reason you panic.

Katerina Trungu:  It is even worse because they are negligent. I will share it because I have no problem sharing the story. I was terribly sick and when I went to the emergency room, they told me it's not for here.

Arjana Rreli:  Yes, this is true in fact, like your feelings many come and say "I don't need a consolation or a word, I need to feel understood and helped at that moment. If I come here, I am not coming in vain. If I come here, I want to hear from you, the middle staff or the doctor, that this condition has all the possible reasons for it." It is not a word "hey, you have nothing, all this chick, all this beauty, what are you missing?" That this type of intervention is also from family members and we say that it is always a very wrong intervention and that we definitely understand the staff very well, but at this point they have not found the psychological support yet.

Psychologist Eralba Zeneli says that the minimum that should happen at that moment is a psychoeducation because it lowers the tension and avoids a second panic attack. Psychiatrist Rreli adds that, of course, doctors face other problems in emergencies, but this does not reduce the chance of a panic attack.

Katerina Trungu:  This was also the answer I received from the doctor, "the other one came with my kidneys", he said, "how can you be a problem for me?" Meanwhile, I was losing myself./tvklan/
