Police have highlighted the 5 most problematic areas where narcotics are distributed in Tirana. Allias is one of the peripheral areas of the capital that is referred to as a red zone where narcotic slurs are traded or distributed. Also with the belt are the Combinati, Lapraka, the former bus park and the Fresco area.

According to police data, in 11 months it has resulted in 1180 persons involved in this criminal activity. 311 of them have been arrested for cultivation, sale, distribution or trafficking of narcotics. Another 859 people are being investigated in free condition and 10 authors are expected to be declared in the search.

In not a few cases, it has resulted in narcotic scars of different types, such as cocaine, cannabis heroin, being sold in small doses, mostly cannabis and near schools. Mainly, people involved in the sale of drugs in small doses have resulted in teenagers.

During police operations, in some of which were also made stimulated purchases with infiltrated agents, various quantities of drugs, 126 kg of cannabis, about 7 kg of cocaine, and doses of heroin were seized.
