As a conversation between two girls, Efi and Kiara have talked about relationships and behaviors as a couple.
Efi says that she has changed a lot over the years and tries to give messages to girls outside the home as well.
"You don't have to spend your time thinking about things that don't exist. I got in here with a man out. And so I get out. But I don't even bother to think about what he's doing, where he is... keep stressing..
Maybe he ended things with me altogether..."
Then Efi turns to the camera and says:
"If you have something to say to me, tell me, send me a signal. I joke that if you weren't there I would break my teeth" - she says humorously.
While Kiara gives the message to all girls: " It's better to be loved more than you are loved."
