Geologist Frank Hoogerbeets, who managed to predict the earthquake that hit the southeast of Turkey and the north of Syria, on Monday, February 6, has made another scary prediction.

In a post on Twitter he writes that based on the lunar geometry, a strong earthquake will strike in the next 1 to 4 days, the area near or inside the purple band in the picture below.

“Potential for stronger seismic activity at or near purple belt 1-4 days. This is an estimate. Other regions are not excluded," writes the geologist.

On February 3, 3 days before the 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck in southeastern Turkey near the Syrian border, he predicted that a 7.5-magnitude earthquake in the region would hit south-central Turkey, Jordan , Syria and Lebanon between February 4-6.

In his comment, the Solar System Geometry Survey (SSGS) employee attached a photo with a map of Turkey, which featured a red dot indicating the area most affected by the earthquake.

After the earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria and that has currently left over 20 thousand victims, the geologist expressed his solidarity with the victims.
