Paris Hilton has revealed the name of her first child, which is Phoenix Barron Hilton
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Hilton announced that she and husband Carter Reum named their son Phoenix.
"We decided to call him Phoenix. Phoenix has some good pop culture references, but most importantly, it's the bird that burns and then rises from the ashes to fly again. I want my son to grow up knowing that adversity and triumph go around and come around our lives and that this should give us great hope for the future".
Not only does the name Phoenix have a very meaningful meaning, but Hilton said she chose his middle name in honor of her late grandfather, Barron Hilton.
