Amsterdam, Netherlands
'Red light', a neighborhood in Amsterdam where sex workers stay. In this part of town, landlords hate it when tourists take pictures of prostitutes standing in their windows. If you go to this place and have a camera with you, it is certain that someone will take it, so it is best to leave it. At worst, you risk getting beaten up. South Korea
In this country, it is illegal to photograph women without their consent - even in public places. Failure to comply with this rule is considered an act of sexual aggression and is punishable by a fine of 10 million won ($8,800) and up to 5 years in prison.
