In these last decades, there have been radical changes in many aspects of life, including fashion. With trends that have ended once and for all, and trends that are making a comeback, here's how fashion has changed in the last 50 years.
1950
In 1947, Christian Dior debuted the New Look silhouette that would shape the next decade: with its structured bodice and voluminous layered skirt, it became the mainstream style. Even the lighter clothing that became common for middle-class women represented a pronounced femininity.
1960

Loved by the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, Juicy Couture suits are already a nostalgic item that some celebrities - not to mention the brand itself - are trying to bring back. Graphic T-shirts and heavy logo bags also reigned in that period.
2010
Skinny jeans became the trend of this decade and despite endless articles heralding their end, it seems that this fad is not going away easily. The same applies to the sportswear that flourished during this period. Now that we've experienced the joy of walking around in sneakers, t-shirts and hoodies all day while still looking stylish, who would want to change that style?
