While Duchess Meghan Markle has continued her life, so has her ex-husband Trevor Engelson is living his life, despite the fact that the separation for him has not been easy at all.
A friend of his recently told the Daily Mail:
'For a long time, things were difficult for Trevor. He's a good guy, but Meghan hurt him when she asked for a divorce. When she got engaged to Prince Harry, he was even more devastated because he was constantly reminded of the publicity surrounding the marriage and then the drama of the Oprah interview. But that's all in the past now.
That said, his friend pointed out: "Everyone in Trevor's life knows not to mention the M word. He's moved on and, in some ways, you could say he's better than Meghan. He probably he's got more money than her now, he's doing what he wants and he's out of the spotlight. It's the ultimate revenge.'
Trevor, 46, has been happily married since 2019 to heiress Tracey Kurland, a dietitian whose late father built a $500m (£395m) fortune in the mortgage industry.
While Trevor enjoys the success of his production company Underground, which is located in Beverly Hills.
