While 6 were arrested, two of whom were injured who were in uniform and armed. 6 more injured people received medical help in Novi Sad, Serbia.
The armed attackers were stationed in Manastir and around it in the village of Banjské. They exchanged fire with 3 Kosovo police units that went to the scene after Bunjak's murder.

Meanwhile, Vucic called the event a revolt of the Serbs inside Kosovo. "This is not the first attack organized by these structures. A similar case was also against NATO forces, but also against Serbian citizens when they converted license plates.
