When it comes to the gym, Taylor Swift is a true beast.
Indeed, her personal trainer, Kirk Myers, believes that 'certainly, some people are working out like she is, they're going to be dead.'
According to him, Taylor works out six days a week, sometimes two hours a day, during the break.
'Taylor is the most resilient person I've ever met,' he said. – It's inspiring to see him overcome obstacles and become better and stronger in the end. This also translates into her training.'
The founder of 'The Dogpound' gym continued: 'When I give him a difficult exercise, not only is he able to complete it, he asks for the next exercise. This ultimately makes it stronger, better and faster.'
As for the days she's on the go, Kirk said she works out twice a week focusing on 'strength and conditioning'.
'Taylor trains throughout the tournament,' he said. - It's more for maintenance'.
Plus, the 3 hour concert is a marathon in itself, this also affects her weekly training.
"If you've seen the show, you know how physically intense it is," he explained.
But exercise is only the tip of the iceberg. As Taylor noted, she gave up drinking in order to prepare for the tournament and break the record.
She said that despite being sick, hurt, stressed, she sees it as part of her identity to give shows to her fans. She mentioned that, as long as something unforeseeable, out of her control does not happen, she will always fulfill her obligation to those who bought the tickets.
